General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – XVikinger

1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Bastian Wogrinez (Bützackerstrasse 12, CH-8304 Wallisellen). Deviating terms of the customer will not be recognized.

2. Contracting Party
The contracting party is Bastian Wogrinez.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "Order", the customer submits a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in CHF incl. VAT and excl. shipping costs. Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Klarna. Payment is due immediately upon order.

5. Delivery
Shipping takes place within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. Deliveries are made within DE, AT & CH.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Customers have the right to return orders within 30 days without stating a reason. The customer bears the return shipping costs. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Bastian Wogrinez until full payment has been received.

8. Liability
For damages not directly related to the product itself, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our data protection policy.

10. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
