Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your order within 30 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Withdrawal Period and Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a declaration of withdrawal in writing (email or letter). The goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal. The customer bears the costs of the return, unless otherwise agreed.

Conditions
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized or specially made products are excluded from withdrawal.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the payment method you used.
